1. General & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cart & Co (the “Site”). By browsing, accessing, or purchasing from our online store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.
Purchases on this Site are strictly permitted for individuals aged 18 years or older, or those with parent/guardian consent. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. How we supply orders
Cart & Co is your store and your point of contact for the whole order. We act as an intermediary between you and the suppliers and fulfilment partners who prepare and send the goods.
Your order. Contact us about updates, delivery, returns, and anything that is not right. Items should arrive intact and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what we described, we will put it right under the Australian Consumer Law.
Imagery and descriptions. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are a guide. Minor variations in shade, packaging, or sizing may occur.
Health and safety. Information on this site is not professional health or medical advice. For products worn on the body, ingested, or used for wellness, consult a qualified healthcare professional and read the manufacturer warnings before use.
3. GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The amount you confirm at checkout is the amount you pay Cart & Co. GST is already included in that price. We do not add a separate GST or import-tax charge after you pay.
A parcel can still be inspected on the way into Australia. That can delay delivery. It is not an extra charge from us.
4. Shipping and delivery
Priority shipping. $3.50 AUD on orders up to $29.00 AUD. Free on orders over $29.00 AUD. The shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time. 5 to 14 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive well within 10 business days. These times are estimates. Customs clearance, peak seasons, and postal handling can add delays.
Shipping Insurance. Optional add-on of $3.50 AUD. It covers a parcel that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and we replace the order once we confirm the problem. It is selected by default at checkout, and you can remove it before you pay.
Address. Please enter an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

5. Returns, cancellations and Australian Consumer Law
These terms follow the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010). The 30-day change-of-mind window below does not limit those rights.
Change of mind. You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it. Email cart.and.co.au@gmail.com with your order number before you post it, and we will send the return address. You pay the cost of posting a change-of-mind return back to us. After we receive the item, we refund the item price to your original payment method. We do not refund the original delivery charge, including Shipping Insurance.
Faulty, damaged, or not as described. Email us the order number, a short description, and photos. This includes items that were on sale. You do not pay for the return. If a small item needs to be posted back, keep the postage receipt and we repay that reasonable cost once we confirm the problem. If we refund you, the refund includes the delivery charges you paid us. If we can resolve it from the photos, you will not need to post it back. For a major problem you can ask for a refund or a replacement. For a minor problem we will repair, replace, or refund the item.

6. Privacy, marketing and abandoned carts
Your privacy is paramount. Personal details are securely collected solely to fulfil orders and improve site operations. By consenting to marketing communication, you agree that Cart & Co may send occasional promotional updates, exclusive offers, or news via email or SMS. You may unsubscribe at any time. Our system may also send automated reminders if items are left in an abandoned shopping cart.
7. Intellectual property and governing law
All website content, branding, media, and design elements are the exclusive property of Cart & Co. Reproduction or commercial use without express written permission is prohibited.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
