Track Your Order To track your parcel once dispatched, please use your tracking number with any of the following tracking portals:
- Australia Post Tracking: auspost.com.au/mypost/track
- ParcelsApp: parcelsapp.com
Estimated Delivery Times
- Priority shipping: 5 to 14 days.
- Most orders arrive within 5–10 days.
- During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery can take a little longer.
- Please note that transit times are estimates and delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, peak seasonal periods, or postal handling beyond our control.
Delivery Options
- Priority shipping: $3.50 AUD on orders up to $29.00 AUD. Free on orders over $29.00 AUD. The shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Shipping Insurance: Optional add-on of $3.50 AUD. It covers a parcel that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, and we replace the order once we confirm the problem. It is selected by default at checkout, and you can remove it before you pay.
Important Delivery Details
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are dispatched.
